Britney Spears has admitted that her 20s aren't the most memorable years of her life, opening up about her past in a recent interview.
“I like my 30s way more than my 20s,” the popstar told host Lorraine Kelly . “My 20s were horrible! My teens was fun, but I like my 30s.”
Spears, 34, experienced a very public breakdown in February 2007 and in October that same year loss custody of her sons, Sean, 11 and Jayden, 10 to ex-husband Kevin Federline.
"But I like my thirties — my thirties are great. You know who you really are,” she explained.
The popstar also spoke about her relationship status, which has been single since her relationship with producer Charlie Ebersol ended in June 2015. “I am in a really good place right now. I am loving and learning about myself every day and learning who I am.
“It’s awakening, it’s cool. It’s OK to be single — it totally is.”
