Kourtney’s step into supplements hasn't come as a surprise to many of her fans, with the recently-married reality star sharing her not-so-traditional approaches to wellness in the first season of The Kardashians, earlier this year.
Kourtney and Travis shared their unique approach to infertility on the show, documenting their Ayurvedic cleanse called a Panchakarma cleanse, which required the couple to avoid exercise, sex and caffeine.
Kourtney has also been known for her strict approach to dieting, sharing with fans in the past her avoidance of sugar and carbs, whilst adhering to a mainly vegan diet.
Kourtney’s latest business however seems to be taking it “too far” for some fans, who have taken to social media to slam the star’s new launch.
“No science here, just money making,” wrote one person.
“Kourtney K selling her brand of gummy vitamins is the most unnecessary s**t I’ve ever seen,” shared another.
Many others rightfully had questions about the safety of the new line, asking whether it was rigorously tested and FDA-approved.
“Legitimately scared to even ironically try Kourtney Kardashian's line of gummy vitamins,” shared another person on Twitter.
Whilst another explained, “I don't know any sane normal person that will buy Kourtney Kardashian's vitamins except for her inner circle - truly.”
Whilst there was certainly backlash following Kourtney’s latest business venture, there were still plenty of fans excited about the products and praised the cute packaging.
Lemme comes just weeks after Kourtney's collaboration with Boohoo was slammed online, with many pointing out the irony of her new role as “sustainability ambassador” at the fast-fashion brand.
