Frost's minimal kitchen experience has been evident whilst filming the new Channel 7 show hosted by Marco Pierre White.
"I’m not just one of those people who says they’re terrible and then is really good. I’m actually really really bad. I burn a cheese toastie," she admitted.
The reality star even said that cooking on the show is harder than her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
“Awkward love moments happen in my everyday life but cooking for 180 guests in two hours is something I’ve never done before, awkward dates I’ve done a million times.”
Other celebrities who will join Frost on Hell's Kitchen include Candice Warner, Real Housewives of Sydney's David Oldfield, Lincoln Lewis, Geordie Shore's Gary Beadle and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Pettifleur Berenger.
