Eight months since the season two finale aired, it's been confirmed the series will begin production for a six-episode third season.
The comedy-drama follows the lives of Frances (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Robert Dufrense (Thomas Haden Church) who, after 10 years of marriage, get divorced.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the next season will see a few changes, including recurring character Jackie – played by Becki Newton in season two – set to become a regular on the show.
Season three production will begin early next year with Molly Shannon (Frances' uptight friend Diane), Tracy Letts (Diane's hubby Nick) as well as Sterling Jerins and Charlie Kilgore who play the couples' children, all set to return.
We can't wait!
