In July this year, reports came out that the it was reported that the four coaches were pushing for a bigger deal for 2020, claiming they would quit if these demands were not met.
A source revealed to New Idea exclusively that the Nine Network scrambled to secure the same four judges, and it seems to have worked.
“Channel Nine are keen to have exactly the same coach panel as this year, as they think it is the perfect line-up, especially with Guy being the standout coach with audiences this year,” the insider told New Idea.
“Nine wanted to sign them up for next year before this year’s series ended. But the feisty coaches are playing hardball.”
The Voice 2020 will also see the return of a new set of 'All Stars', returning to the stage to go against competitors for the $100,000 prize money and a recording contract.
