Friends and fans were quick to flood the post with messages of support.
"My heart THERE IS HOPE LEFT FOR THE REST OF US BACHIE REJECTS," Laura Calleri from Locky Gilbert's season of the show penned.
"This is IT," another added.
Abbie continued to fuel to the romance rumours in a follow-up post via IG stories.
"FYI I was nine when I had a crush on @dannyclayton. Dreams come true," she wrote, in reference to the fact she watched Danny on telly as a kid.
The next day, however, Abbie totally back-tracked, writing: “Everyone @dannyclayton isn’t my boyfriend just an FYI. I mean, last night had a few wines. Adore him, I mean adore ya babes but like… not my “boyfriend.”
“Guys honestly, I love that you support me being with someone but nobody can lock this down just yet,” she added.
Abbie’s honest admission comes just a month after she appeared on an episode of the Too Much Tully podcast, in which she talked about how well endowed the 34-year-old is.
“It's so big. It's f****d... His d**k is comical. It's comical,” she told co-hosts Tully Smyth and Jess Lucas.
To confuse things further, she also wrote that Danny had seen her “titties a million times before” in response to a fan’s comment on one of her Instagram posts.
The hype around their relationship status first began back in June when the pair were spotted on a very flirty date in Sydney.
Danny became Channel V's youngest presenter after landing fresh from high school in 2004. At the subscription television music channel, the star went on to work alongside none other than Bachelor host Osher Gunsberg, who was then known as Andrew G.
Since appearing on the 2019 season of The Bachelor, Abbie has gone on to briefly star on BIP and hosts her own podcast called It's A Lot. She will reportedly next appear on our screens in the upcoming season of I'm A Celeb, which premieres on January 4.
