In a segment from Inside Amy Schumer, the comedian appears on Katfish, a parody of MTV's Catfish. The two Katfish hosts are positive Schumer is getting duped – as the man she's been in an online relationship with claims to be Oscar nominee Jake Gyllenhaal.
"He just messaged me and said, 'You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen,' " Schumer says.
The Katfish hosts call that and other compliments a clear "red flag."
But against all odds, when they show up to meet Gyllenhaal, it's actually the actor who greets them. Surprisingly, that's not what Schumer wants, as she complains that because she wasn't catfished, he just ruined her chances of earning MTV fame on the show.
Things take an even stranger turn once Gyllenhaal learns something that surprises him about Schumer that he doesn't like. Check out how it all plays out in the video here!
