Amy Schumer no longer starring in 'Barbie' Movie

Amy Schumer won't play Barbie.
The comedian and actress has exited the Barbie due to a conflict in her schedule.
“Sadly, I’m no longer able to commit to Barbie due to scheduling conflicts," Schumer, 35, said in a statement. "The film has so much promise, and Sony and Mattel have been great partners. I’m bummed, but look forward to seeing Barbie on the big screen.”
Schumer was slated to play the iconic doll in the film which was putting a modern take on fashion, beauty and feminism.
The film is expected to be released in in June 2018.
