"I was way more nervous about 'Bachelorette'," she admitted, "With the jungle, you don't know what to expect -- but you kind of do," she said. "You know you're going to be dirty, you know you're going to be starving and you know you're going to be frightened but you don't know what you're going to be frightened of. You just know you will be."
However, Angie realised that The Bachelorette would mean being vulnerable in front of millions of people watching at home – a very scary thought!
"It's kind of like you're yourself, but you're dating on steroids," she said before quickly adding, "The dudes aren't on steroids, it's just dating on steroids... I mean, they could be. I don't know."
However, it all appears to have been worth it as yesterday, Angie revealed she was still “very, very happy” with her chosen suitor.
As for whether she got down on one knee and proposed to the man of her dreams, the former Gogglebox Australia star says that's definitely not her style!
"I'm not into it [women proposing to men]. I've never planned a wedding, even though a lot of girls do when they're younger. I've planned my funeral, which is a bit weird," she added, rather morbidly.
The Bachelorette premieres Wednesday, October 9 at 7.30pm on Channel 10
