Speaking of her time on The Bachelorette, Angie says the experience made her feel all the feels.
"It’s so emotional! You cry almost every day by the end," she reveals.
"I remember for the first half I was tired but I never cried because I was having so much fun and my producer was like ‘Why do you not cry?’ By the end they were like ‘You don’t have to cry!’"
The reality star adds that she was "a bag of nerves" during filming.
"I was so vulnerable because I really wanted to find someone so I cried heaps. I don’t know how you can fake being in there – it’s so raw and emotional and all you do is talk about love. You’d have to be a psychopath or a really good actor to fake that and not really want it."
This year's Bachelor is 31-year-old pilot Jimmy Nicholson who Angie reckons is a good choice by Channel Ten.
"He seems lovely, I’m excited about this one," she says.
"Hopefully there’s a variety of women too and to have someone of colour is great. He looks very handsome and he flies planes, what more can you ask for?"
Though the 2021 Bachelorette hasn't been announced yet, Angie has a request.
"I would obviously love a woman of colour, it would be amazing if we could have an Indigenous Bachelorette. That would be a game changer – I really think we need that," she says.
"I don’t want to see another Bachie person. I want somebody that hasn’t done the franchise because I think we’ve seen that. It’s been done with Ali [Oetjen] and Elly [Miles] and we need something different."
Dating may not be on the cards but Angie has a new project in the works.
The former Gogglebox star is trying out a range of alternative therapies on her podcast Angie Tries It where nothing is off limits.
"I love talking so when they were like ‘Do you want to talk about the different types of therapies?’ I was like ‘I usually pay to get these types of therapies done’. So now I get to do them and share them to the world," she explains.
Whilst she says trying exposure therapy was "full-on", she says trying out BDSM was on another level.
"BDSM is as scary as it sounds. I think if I didn’t have a whole crew around me I would’ve got into it more but because you’ve got the crew, I had a camera on me and there was this lady who I’d never met teaching me about all these sexual things, I looked so awkward. I looked like Bambi on ice!"
