Ahhh the classic ‘break up with someone, get a new haircut’ move - we’ve all been there. Even though we have become attached (no pun intended) to Ariana’s signature long ponytail, we love the singer’s new healthy and sleek looking hair style which she posted on her Instagram and Twitter (below).
Ariana has taken out all her extensions and has previously revealed that her hair was severely damaged due to all the dying and bleaching she had to do to for her role in the show Victorious. In 2014 she was quoted saying ""I wear extensions but I wear it in a ponytail because my actual hair is so broken that it looks absolutely absurd when I let it down."
Earlier this month, fellow pop singer Camila Cabello Tweeted at Grande about the pain fake hair/ponytails cause with a funny picture to which Grande wittingly replied.
We have become emotionally invested in Ariana’s personal journey now, so if a short new hairdo makes you happy Ari, that makes us happy too.
