Adele's partner Simon Konecki has set the bar high when it comes to anniversary celebrations!
The 28-year-old's longterm beau replaced confetti with handwritten love notes during one of her concerts to celebrate the couple's fifth anniversary.
At the closing of a usual Adele Live show, concertgoers are showered with white confetti featuring lyrics from her hits “Rolling in the Deep” and “When We Were Young”.
However, at her Nashville show on October 16, pink confetti fell from the ceiling with tiny love notes written on them.
Some of the notes read: “I love you,” “Love you long time,” “Happy anniversary” and “You are an angel.”

The couple, who share three-year-old son Angelo, will settle in Los Angeles when the tour ends in November, and possibly welcome another child.
“My womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby,'” Adele reportedly told fans the night before Konecki’s romantic gesture.
“I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour.”
