While she went though a difficult time, the 33-year-old says mindfulness and positive thinking helped her overcome her struggles. "Every thought you have affects your reality and only you have control of your mind," says Kerr.
Earlier this year Kerr spoke to Byrdie and revealed that aromatherapy played a huge part in assisting her following her heavily publicised split from the Pirates of the Caribbean star.
“After Orlando and I separated, I went through quite a bit of depression, and she made this remedy for me, and it’s now part of my range, called the Heart Chakra Essence,” she “When you put it on, it feels like somebody is giving you a big hug; that’s how soothing it is.”
The pair split in 2014 and share son Flynn together. The Australian supermodel has since moved on with Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, with whom she became engaged earlier this year.
