Shaun’s admission comes one day after his partner, Megan Gale admitted that their close friends and family had thought they’d split up, as she was forced to keep Shaun’s participation in the Ten Network show a secret.
"I had so many of his friends' parents going 'Where’s Shaun? Where’s Shaun, when’s he coming back? What’s he doing?'
"I think people thought we’d split up because I couldn't answer and I couldn’t lie properly -- we had to keep it super, super, secret," the Aussie model confessed during an Instagram Q&A.
Earlier this week, Shaun also revealed that he had lost a staggering 11kgs from his muscular frame during his time on Australian Survivor.
'It was about the skinniest I'd been since I was 18 or 19 years old,' he revealed to The Courier Mail.
