In the vlog, the couple enjoyed activities including sipping cocktails, driving ATVs, exploring the rainforest and stand-up paddle boarding all whilst packing on the PDA.
"[This was our] first proper holiday together and we have plans to go back up north in two weeks time and will definitely be planning more," Kim told Daily Mail Australia.
"We make each other laugh from the minute we wake up to when we go to bed. Everything just works."
She also addressed the drama with Matt's Bachelor in Paradise ex Renee Barrett but revealed that he had been "super honest" about all the dating details.
"Things were a little more tense, but there was nothing said that Matt hadn’t already told me prior to the show. He's been super honest, so I was never in the dark about anything," she explained.
"It's so easy, we hardly have any fights. We're super supportive of each other's goals."
Speaking to the So Dramatic podcast, Renee shared details of her break up with Matt and revealed that he had promised to fly to her hometown of Darwin for New Year's Eve 2019 but pulled out at the last minute.
"He was supposed to come to Darwin but he didn't come," Renee explained before adding the distance would have proved too much.
"It's fine, I completely understand because he is definitely somebody that needs somebody with him at all times."
In a now deleted Instagram post, Matt reminded his followers shortly after the finale that BIP was filmed nine months prior to airing and that a lot had changed since then.
"Unfortunately myself and Renee are no longer together, we did come home and give it our best shot but with the distance and some other setbacks we decided to go our own way," he explained.
"We have left on very good terms and will remain that way. We both accept in time you move on and are happy to support each other's new life choices. So please please I ask the same respect from you all. I am very happy and I will explain more in the near Future. Love you all and thank you soo much for all the support."
Meanwhile, mum-of-one Kim starred for a hot minute on the first season of Love Island Australia as an intruder.
Speaking of her experience in the villa, Kim told Who shortly after her elimination that she had no regrets whatsoever.
"I wouldn’t take it back in any way, but I just wasn’t myself in there. I always knew it was going to be hard being away from my son, but I don’t think I realised how hard it was going to be," she explained.
"But if I didn’t do it, I would always be sitting at home thinking, 'What if I did?'"
