'As a young mother I am particularly sensitive to the vulnerable feelings a human can have trying to navigate their way around parenthood,' she wrote.
'Every child is different, every parent is different and there is no road map to successful parenting.
'As parents we are all faced with having to choose the right thing to do for our child. Sometimes you realise, with the clarity of hindsight, that you should have chosen differently, but that's called life.'
'All you can do is try and learn and grow along the way and try not make the same mistake in the future.
'So shamers, shame on you. We are all just doing our absolute best with this whole Mum thing. Shut your lid, have yourself an orgasm and stop being such damn mean spirited individuals,' she concluded.
