Just a few days ago, it looked like the health and wellness coach might have won Matt's heart, after he posted a snap of himself in Broome, Western Australia, onto Insta. This seemed like a big ol' Easter egg because Helena is from Perth, aka another part of WA.
Dead giveaway, right?
But under the pressure of planning out the next 10 years with Matt by her side, Helena began to crumble.
"It's just this questionafter questionand I'm just like,I'm literally drowningand I'm freaking out a little bit.I'm just... I don't know. It's a little bit scaryto be honest," Helena babbled when faced with mapping out a timeline with Matt.
"The fact that he wanted to do thisentire time line with meis really quite touching butI also have my guard up a little bitbecause I haven'tbeen in love beforeso plotting outour potential lives together,it's a bit stressful andI feel a huge amount of pressure."
"I just need a moment," Helena told Matt and producers
"I've kind of goneto this rabbit holeand now I don't knowhow to get out of it.I just have a bad feeling that this might not end well."
Look, the whole encounter was really awkward, so we have to give it to Matt - he managed to put on that cute smile we all know and love and move onto the next part of the date with Helena.
And it was EPIC because he literally gave her the moon.
"I do really like Helenabut I'm worried that this datemight have scared her awayso I'm hoping this next partof the date puts her mind at easeand hopefullyit has her seeing stars," he admitted.
"Helena tears upand I wasn't expecting thatbut I can't imaginea better reactionto show how much it means to her andI love everything about this moment."
And it worked. Matt's out-of-this-world (sorry!) gesture gave her the courage to open up and spill on how she really feels about him - and why she's been so scared to admit it until now.
"I just felt like this wholesituation has gotten to mea little bit morethan I realised it would.I am worried I messed it up today," she confessed as the pair sat sipping bubbly in the moonlight.
"I started thinkingabout the girls and the mansionand your other connections. So I think for meto open my heart, there's always a fear of heartbreakor fear of being that personthat's feeling one wayand it's not being reciprocated. Also because, like,I have never had my heart broken."
At last, her feelings came out.
"I really like you.Like, straight up,I really like you," Helena spilled to Matt.
"I do see you are someonethat I could fall in love with and I have honestly never had thatbefore in my lifeso it's a good little feeling."
