In a video posted to her Insta, Georgia shared the moment she realised the surprise her beau had cooking.
"What are you filming me for?" she asked as he zoomed in on her standing on a jetty.
"Just trying to take a photo," he replied, "but also I think our ride's here."
Realisation dawning, Georgia's face broke into a smile as she asked: "Do I recognise that boat? ...Is that the boat from the show?"
Yes. Yes, it was.
"Being the boat we had a very first date on over 3 years ago now, it was the only place I ever wanted to ask the love of my life if she would make me the happiest man alive by marrying me," Lee wrote on Instagram after popping the question.
Georgia also jumped on social media to share the exciting news, posting a loved-up snap showing off her diamond sparkler along with the caption: "If you're not busy for the next 50 or 60 years..." #YES!!
The pair's boat adventure wasn't just memorable for the duo because it was the very beginning of their romance.
The date also had to happen twice, when the producers forced the pair to re-film the entire scene!
"Three years since the only time I had to re-shoot anything on a date coz I was too keen to give you a rose that I did it too soon," TV presenter Georgia shared in June.
She followed up with an Instagram tribute to not only the man she loves but also the show that led her to him.
"That first night I never could have imagined what was to come. 21 dates, 4 boats, 2 helicopters, 2 planes, 4 states, 2 countries, 2 original songs (!), countless tears but even more laughs, 1 lost tooth and 1 donkey. Of the 18 guys I met that night there's since been two babies, one marriage, one engagement, one Bachelor, and even one reality TV show on another network plus many lifelong friendships," the 30-year-old began.
"But the only thing I really cared about was that there was one Lee Elliott. Three years after first laying eyes on you, I love you more than I ever could have imagined."
Naww, you guys!
