“I shot a BIG campaign at home the other day (on an iPhone in my backyard 🙄😂). Instead of the usual professional spray tan I get before shoots, stage 4 lockdown called for our @sprayaus self tan mousse in Deep Dark,” Bec explained alongside her fire selfie.
“This is one coat applied with our mitt. All natural, vegan, no nasties, made in Aus and owned by @nadiabartel @emomckay @ellie_pearson and me! 🤗,” she said, tagging fellow former WAG Nadia Bartel in her post.
Hundreds of Bec’s fans immediately took to the comments section to express their shock - and admiration - over her toned and lean figure.
“What a babe 😍❤️,” one fan wrote, while another said, You look great 💕.”
Many other fans expressed surprise that Bec’s body looks this good, even after having four children.
“Wow 4 kids and you look like that 😍,” one person wrote, while others commented “4 babies 🙌🏻” and “I have no words!”
Bec has often faced criticism over her thin frame, which she credits to her genetics. She says her Mum and sister have similar body shapes - and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
"Scrutiny of my body has been going on my entire life," she told Sunday Life in 2019.
"Does it get boring? Yeah, it gets boring, but look at my family, we've all got the same legs! It's boring, but I don't think it's going to go away. I've just learned to deal with it."
Bec has previously revealed that her Mum has a similarly slim figure.
“I posted a photo of me and my mum recently and people called her Australia’s hottest grandma because we look like twins,” she told news.com.au in 2019.
“That’s where I get my body shape, me and my sister, we’re just like mum.”
“She’ll push my twins around in the pram and people will come up to her and say, ‘Oh I love your twins, they’re so gorgeous’, and she’ll be like, ‘I’m the grandma’. People really think they’re hers.”
She also denies suggestions from some critics that she “doesn’t eat”.
"I’ve never dieted and stay slim due to inheriting good genes,” Bec previously told Beauticate.
“Having said that, I don’t like to eat too much processed food or high sugar foods (chocolate excluded!), not because they are high in calories but merely due to the fact that they are full of crap and not great for your insides. I like to eat whole foods; lean cuts of meat (all meats), fresh fruit and veggies and lots of seeds and grains for fibre."
She added: "I need carbs otherwise I feel hungry all the time and I get angry, so I always choose high fibre, multigrain breads and I eat lots of brown rice."
