Becky was torn between her head and heart in the Bachelorette finale when she was forced to choose between Pete Mann and Adrian Baena.
Though she eventually chose cafe owner Pete, he broke things off just three days after the finale citing that there was no spark, leaving Becky "absolutely devastated."
"I thought Pete was worth the risk," the Bachelorette admitted to Now To Love.
"I knew my heart lay with Adrian and I think I was a little bit scared as well to go with that because yeah."
It was later revealed that she and Adrian connected shortly afterwards, but speaking in and Instagram Live video, runner-up Adrian admitted things just didn't work out.
"It was really good, we had an amazing three days together. But to be honest, it was just sad," Adrian confessed in the video.
The reality star compared the experience with dating an "ex-girlfriend".
"You are looking at her, and you used to have something special, but it's just not there anymore," he mused.
"My heart wasn't in it anymore. When she picked old mate I just took a massive step back."
