Bella's followers instantly jumped to her defence and the social media star filmed a thank you message to them for their support.
"Guys I'm getting so many nice messages and I wish I could reply to them all, but every single one doesn't go unnoticed," she said in the clip uploaded to her Instagram Stories.
"I didn't even expect this - honestly I just wanted to call that person out on their bulls*** because I'm so sick of body shaming and online bullying, it p***es me off."
She added: "I think I just wanted to kind of make a point but you're all so lovely and I'm so glad that I have such a strong female following that is passionate about this as I am so f***ing love you guys!"
As a social media influencer, Bella's fame has skyrocketed since her stint on The Bachelor but Instagram isn't the only platform she's across.
Who previously reported that she is the latest local star to join Cameo - a platform where fans pay for personalised messages from their favourite celebs.
For those wondering, a video message from Bella will set you back $51.99 whilst a direct message (DM) on social media, is priced at $16.99.
Not bad for a side hustle!
She may have moved on from Locky Gilbert but Bella, who is based in Sydney's Bondi, is rumoured to be with one of this year's Bachelorette contestants, Adam Todd.
The two were spotted on a night out in Sydney's east with fellow Bachelor alumni Bec Cvilikas, Nicole Campbell, Bel Colwell and Leilani Vakaahi and Emma Roche along with Elly and Becky Miles' Bachelorette boys Shannon Karaka and Pascal Wallace.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed Bella and Adam sitting together on numerous occasions and this comes shortly after Adam admitted Bella had slid into his Instagram DM's.
Could we be seeing a romance bloom?
