Naturally, we did some digging to find out all her healthy habits, including her go-to workout and standard day on a plate.
“Monday through to Friday I intermittent fast,” she recently told Body & Soul.
“Every day begins with an almond latte and I start eating meals at about 11 am, which is usually an apple and berry cinnamon yoghurt bowl, topped with muesli. For lunch, I tend to make a salad such as a tofu Buddha bowl with a tamari peanut sauce made from natural peanut butter.”
She’s also big on snacking – usually, dried mango, a piece of fruit, protein shake or a few pieces of dark chocolate with herbal tea.
“Dinner is simple, something like a pesto green-pea-pasta,” she continued.
“I also load up pretty much every dish with hemp, chia and flax seeds, and have about 2L of water a day.”
Via YouTube, the brunette bombshell admitted this week that she’d been struggling to find motivation since leaving the mansion.
“After the finale it was really hard for me to get back into a routine as we had basically been filming on and off for the last six months so it was a very hectic experience,” she said.
“I just wanted to get back into being my best self.”
To ease herself back into being active, Bella has been going for long walks around her neighbourhood in Bondi. She also likes to “mix it up” doing yoga on the Keep It Cleaner app, reformer pilates workouts and often hits up Fitness First with her fellow Bachie co-star, Bec.
“Infrared saunas are one of my favourite things to do,” she added.
Clearly, whatever she’s doing is working. Keep it up, Bella!
