Aside from being a pretty design, butterflies tend to symbolise rebirth, renewal and embracing changes.
Bella has now confirmed that her tattoo is for her late grandfather as the psychic told her spirits can show themselves as butterflies and "ever since he passed they've been coming up almost every day."
After a highly publicised break up that was shared with the entire country, 2020 has no doubt been a year all about moving on and changes for Bella.
Locky infamously told both his finalists that he'd fallen in love with them, but went on to choose Irena Srbinovska in the season finale.
The Bachelor contestant has also made some positive changes in her life - Bella and fellow contestant Bec Cvilikas became best friends this year and also moved in together proving that the show isn't always about finding romantic love.
This isn't the first time Bella's thrown some subtle shade at Bachelor Locky.
In an Instagram Q&A, the reality star was asked if she'd stay with Locky if the tables were turned and she'd won but found out that Locky had said he loved Irena.
After a suspenseful pause, Bella admitted: "Probably not," followed by a cheeky giggle.
Bella went on to explain her thoughts, admitting that she's unsure of what she would've done.
"It's hard to give an answer for a situation that you're not in. Would I stay in a relationship knowing that he loved someone else? I'm not sure, that's a hard question."
Bella celebrated her 26th birthday this week with a girls' trip away to NSW coastal town, Byron Bay - a location that's proven to be a hit with Australia's famous faces.
In a sweet Instagram post, the birthday girl shared an image of herself, Bec and two other friends outside iconic restaurant Rae's.
"26 & grateful for another year around the sun and for these real life angels," she captioned the picture.
