The 67-year-old opened up about living with the disease with Good Morning America‘sMichael Strahan.

The full interview will air on Wednesday in the US, and the show has released a teaser via Twitter where Mathew, who is the father of Beyoncé and Solange, is seen speaking frankly about his diagnosis.
"How was it to tell your family about the diagnosis?" the GMA host asked in the sneak peek.
The teaser then flashes images of the Knowles family, ahead of the full interview.
