Though she got the procedure done between filming The Bachelor in 2018 and then leading The Bachelorette in 2021, Brooke insisted she didn't get her breasts enhanced just for TV.
"I didn't purposely get them for The Bachelorette, obviously," she told co-host Matty Mills.
"For me, I had always had this sporty masculine body and I was like, 'I really want boobs'. I never had them, I was really self-conscious of my boobs, so I was like, 'f--k it!'."
However, the athletic reality star wanted to keep her look natural so chose not to go "super big" with her implants.
The result was a subtle enhancement, which is visible when comparing photos of Brooke on The Bachelor in 2018 to more recent shots.
A quick scroll through her Instagram shows that Brooke was sporting a noticeably smaller chest up until early 2021.
Photos taken in 2020 show her posing in tight tops and bralettes with little cleavage, while Brooke appears to have a much fuller bust in similar snaps from April 2021.
Yet most fans didn't pick up on it when the 2021 season of The Bachelorette aired, suggesting Brooke did a great job of hiding it – or her surgeon did a great job of giving her natural results.
That said, a few fans did notice something different about Brooke's figure when The Bachelorette aired last year.
"Does Brooke Blurton have fake boobs or is she just blessed?" one tweeted.
Another wrote on Facebook, "I swear she's had them done. I reckon small implants maybe under the muscle for a really natural look."
She's among a growing number of celebrities who are being honest about plastic surgery, joining the likes of MAFS star Jessika Power and TV funny woman Julia Morris.
