Brooklyn and Nicola, who dated for around nine months before announcing their engagement, shared their own loved-up tributes on Instagram.
"Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby xx," Brooklyn captioned his post.
Meanwhile Nicola's caption read: "You’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. Your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you Harper for this pic."
The bride-to-be also shared a photo from behind the scenes of the photo shoot.
"Yesterday was so beautiful," she penned. "Thank you so much for the photo @victoriabeckham,"
Brooklyn proposed to his actress girlfriend at the Beckhams' home in the English countryside on the weekend before his parents' 21st wedding anniversary, who also got married in their twenties.
Victoria also shared snaps that showed the couple celebrating their engagement news with family members, including David's mum Sandra Beckham and Victoria's parents Jackie and Anthony Adams.
According to a report by The Sun, Nicola's lavish emerald cut engagement ring is estimated to feature a 4.5-5 carat diamond and is worth a whopping £250,000 (AU$451,515) - and the couple are preparing to have two weddings in the UK and Florida.
Whilst Brooklyn's little sister, Harper, nine, will reportedly be "chief bridesmaid", his younger brothers Romeo, 17, and Cruz, 15, are set to be ushers.
“Everyone is delighted for them. Brooklyn has always looked up to his parents and grandparents, who have been married for a combined 70 years, and that’s what he wants," a source told The Sun of the young couple's engagement.
“David and Victoria are thrilled. They feel he has finally met a girl who is not after him for fame or money. In fact, her family wealth dwarfs the Beckhams."
Nicola's parents are Nelson and Claudia Peltz, the former of whom is a billionaire investment fund manager and one of the most influential businessmen in the US.
