The former MAFS bride added that though she is grateful to have a baby on the way, she thinks it's "important" to share the good and bad sides of pregnancy.
"Don’t get me wrong, I count my blessings everyday that we’ve been this fortunate to have our Biscuit on the way. I’ve definitely been lucky compared to some, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat for our boy," she added.
"But I think it’s important to share all sides to pregnancy. Try not to compare yourself because it’s not always glamorous or a beautiful experience like you often see on social media. So anyone out there who is struggling - I totally feel you! You are not alone. You’ve got this Mama."
Fans offered their support to Carly in the comments, congratulating her for her candour.
"Love this!! (And you still look incredible)! Not long now...," one penned.
"Hugely thinking of you hun, you have been tremendously tough. Lil Biscuit is gonna be so lucky to have you as his Mum," remarked another.
"Love this!!! Thanks for being real. Pregnancy for me wasn't pretty and my only glow was beads of sweat from vomiting 20 times a day," joked a third.
Carly rose to fame on season five of the controversial relationship reality show when she was partnered with ice-cream businessman, Justin Fischer.
Though their 'marriage' didn't work out, Carly then struck up an unlikely romance with co-star Troy Delmege before finding love with current partner, Neil.
Carly and Neil's little one is due in December 2020 and the couple announced their baby news in June with a sweet photo featuring the ultrasound scan.
"WE’RE HAVING A BABY! In what’s been a crazy 2020, we see a little baby light at the end of the tunnel. We’re over the moon, and can’t wait to meet our little Biscuit," the mum-to-be wrote on Instagram at the time.
