Caroline, who has been candid about the various procedures she has undergone over the years also shared with the publication her warning for young girls who are considering fillers.
"Young girls are injecting fillers into their face and it doesn't disappear," she told the publication. "It just absorbs into your tissue and as you get older it wears your tissue down and ages you a lot faster than you would normally."
Whilst her advice for young girls may be simple - she has quite a different take for older generations. "It's the height of rudeness not to look your best," she told TV WEEK. "Nobody tells you how expensive it is to be a woman over 40."
It's a sentiment she echoed on the show, sharing in the first episode that her favourite thing to do while in Sydney is "a lot of anti-ageing stuff."
"Ageing is for the lazy," she stated. "You've got to keep on top of that."
The Prague-born former model is one of the various new cast members to join The Real Housewives of Sydney this season.
"I've never seen a single Housewives episode. I never understood why people watched it. A lot of my friends are super fans, so I came in quite blindly and I wanted to keep it that way," she told news.com.au following the official announcement that she would be joining the franchise.
While she may not have had any prior knowledge of The Real Housewives, Caroline eventually did decide to give the show a watch, telling WHO, "Since we started filming, I thought I better educate myself a little, and I actually really love it."
