WHO: You live by a “strong is the new beautiful” mantra, why is that so important to you?
Elsa: I think the most important thing is health. I think when you eat healthily you feel good about your body. It helps your mentality, mindfulness does – when your exercise it makes you feel great, the endorphins kick in. I always say, look inside yourself and think about it whether you want to lose weight or feel more fit. It changes your mood – you can start the day feeling good, it’s a combination of those items, all the things we’ve learned from these professionals, Chris and I wanted to share that with people via Centr Fit app.
WHO: Do you work out in the mornings?
Elsa: It’s nice to get it done in the morning, but sometimes getting the kids to school it’s hard – I always try to train three times a week. I get the kids to watch us in the gym at home, they’ve grown up watching us train.
WHO: What is it about Chris that you find most beautiful?
Elsa: He always makes me laugh and makes my kids laugh and it’s so great to have somebody like that around. He’s very honest and it’s a very important thing for me.
WHO: What do you think Chris would say is the most beautiful thing you’ve ever done for him?
Elsa: I'd say raising a family together!
WHO: What’s the most beautiful thing about being a mother?
Elsa: Just the huge amount of love. I’ve never had that much love until I had children.
WHO: What message would you leave with your kids?
Elsa: To be happy with themselves and always be honest. But try to find that happiness inside them!
