Dan MacPherson shares his plans for a family with wife Zoe Ventoura
They spent much of their first year of marriage on opposite sides of the globe. But Dan MacPherson tells WHO that he and wife Zoe Ventoura, who met and fell in love on the 2011 set of Seven’s Wild Boys, are determined to start a family.
The only question is when. “At the moment, it’s still a ways off,” MacPherson tells WHO from LA. “Our first year [of marriage] was challenging because of all the travel, but we managed to carve out some time for a getaway up the California coast and spend some time together to mark our anniversary. So we’re still enjoying one another—and working a lot.”
That said, MacPherson admits their “very modern and adaptable relationship” is likely to be altered by the arrival of children. “But it’s kind of ridiculous that you have to consider and talk about filming schedules when you’re trying to figure out when and how you’ll fit in parenthood!”
Still, says MacPherson, “the time is certainly getting closer. We’d like to be more stable in terms of our schedules. Then we talk to our friends who do have kids, and they tell us there is no right time. You’ve just got to do it.”
