Fans flocked to the comments section to share their favourite nostalgic moments related to Delta's best-selling album.
"HOWWWW!! This was my first ever CD, was and still is legendary D x," one wrote.
"I have so many good memories of dragging this piano music to my teacher and spending hours trying to learn your songs when she just wanted me to be practising my scales," remarked another fan.
Delta also shared a video to her YouTube channel of herself reacting to some of her most iconic Innocent Eyes music videos and shared some interesting tidbits about what it was really like to film.
Speaking about the clip for Born To Try, which was filmed in Finland, she admitted: "Do not be fooled it was freezing, so I'm guessing I'm holding my hands like that not only because it's one of my first ever videos and I'm a little bit nervous therefore I'm protecting myself and I haven't got the flow of fully reaching out to people like that."
She also added that her noughties choker was a way of symbolising to herself that she was an artist.
"This is the 'Hi I'm arty and I'm an artist and I wear chokers' and that's kind of what I guess I was going for," she laughed.
Currently, Delta is gearing up to release her new album and book of the same name, Bridge Over Troubled Dreams.
The singer-songwriter is also dating fellow musician, Matthew Copley and made a rare confession about him last year when they went into isolation together.
"It’s a relationship of respect. Matt is an incredible musician and we really enjoy working together. Music is how we met, it’s what we both do, so it’s really about just being creative in the household.”
