“I’ve been so busy here with meditation and wellness programs which is great in a way, at least something came out of Married At First Sight. I’m planning on heading back to Perth next year when the virus settles,” he told the website.
With his buff new frame and bushy beard, he certainly looks different than he did on his wedding day. He’s officially swapped collared shirts for singlets and frequently shares sweaty selfies on Instagram.
“Felt Swole, WILL NOT delete later 😝 Have a Happy Friday! 😆🙏🏽💟” he captioned a recent post, his bulging biceps taking up most of the frame.
A few of his former reality TV co-stars have cottoned on to his transformation.
“Look at you GO! 🙌🏼,” Melbourne-based FIFO worker Luke Eglin commented on one snap.
“You gonna put those muscles to use in my yard or they just for show!!?” Mick Gould, Jessika Powers’ ex, added.
Not only has Dino been working hard at his body, but loads of effort has gone into his facial hair too.
“People got to see my patience at the MAFS dinner parties but having a beard now is the ultimate proof of patience,” he told The Wash. “A man with no moustache or beard is like a woman with a moustache or beard.”
Dino decided to pull out of the experiment after he and his bride came to blows in front of the experts.
It all started when Mel revealed Dino recorded a private conversation she had with her sister.
"The trust was gone," she said. "I didn't feel comfortable in my own home.
Dino apologised to Mel going into the ceremony. "I feel there is something I did this week that was out of character," he said at the time. "I recorded a conversation Mel was having between her and her sister. It was a bad idea to start with and I'm sorry."
He is currently in a relationship but is keeping his new love interest out of the public eye.
"I’m seeing someone here so see when it gets real, you will be invited to the real wedding," he teased.
