“I felt beautiful, I felt confident, I felt happy,” Thorburn said after performing the Venus waltz with partner Marco De Angelis.
However, her dancing skills didn’t impress Horwood – who is also a judge on the UK version of the show.
“Well, it was all going well until the skirt was ripped off and you started to dance,” he said.
“Then quite frankly, it was a failure.”
And Horwood didn’t stop there, as he also launched into a scathing attack on Living Room’s Miguel Maestre
“You look like you just came out of a double hip replacement,” while also likening Michelle Bridges to someone dancing with “two wooden legs.”
As for lifesaver and model, Jett Kelly, he likened him to a Ken doll.
“I thought a Ken doll would have danced with more fluidity to be honest … thank God you’re easy on the eye,” he said, before awarding him a measly two points.
However, it wasn’t all doom and gloom.
Denise Scott left fans pleasantly surprised with her routine.
While Samuel Johnson's tango was dubbed the best dance of the evening…
Until Courtney Act came out and was awarded an impressive 23 points for her performance.
