It must pack some punch.
When people say reality is scripted, maybe for some it is kind of acting, but the drama and the commotion in MAFS and Love Triangle, you can’t script this stuff. They cast certain personalities for a reason and they have a role to play, but the things that happen on camera, it just happens. It’s magic, and a goldmine – but it’s real stuff.
Have you ever been in a love triangle?
That’s an interesting question. I mean, yeah, probably. I’ve definitely been in situations where I know I like a guy and he’s probably out there with more than one. I’d call that more than a love triangle.
Since you’ve been in the spotlight, what have you learned about relationships?
It forced me to grow up and understand my tendencies, my attachment styles, and maybe why I was single for a decade before the show.
And now you’ve found the man of your dreams?
Now I’m in a very healthy relationship that, I mean, it might sound so cliche, but I literally feel like my relationship is one in a million. I know a lot of people say that about their relationship, but that’s how I feel now. I am in a beautiful relationship with a very low-key, no blue tick, plumber from Melbourne. He’s just the best.
You’re living your best life!
My life is not how I imagined it would be!
In more ways than one – you and Dom have your podcast too. And you guys also brought out a very popular sex toy!
I’ve been using a vibrator since I was 19, purely because I was single for 10 years and I wanted to understand my body more. I’m such an advocate for self-love and it plays a massive role in my self-confidence.
