Just one day after The Bachelor’s Richie Strahan “refused to shut down speculation” of a split with Alex Nation, the single mother has posted a cryptic message on social media seemingly confirming the news.
Taking to her Instagram story, the 25-year-old posted a snap of a black screen while a snippet of a sad song about love played out.
She tellingly captioned the clip: “My heart.”
The track – Labrinth’s 2014 hit Jealous – has been described by MTV as a “heart-breaking ballad,” and features some very sombre lyrics.
“I wished you the best of all of this world could give and I told you, I told you when you left me, there’s nothing to forgive,” one part states.
Recently rumours have been rife that the Perth-based rope technician and young mum may have ended their relationship, after just ten months of dating.
On Thursday, The Daily Telegraph reported that a “downcast” Strahan had “danced around the issue” when approached for comment.
The long-distance couple also took solo holidays to the same destination last month, another red flag according to the publication: “the pair were due to travel to South East Asia together recently, instead they took separate holidays.”
The previously loved up pair have not appeared in each other’s social media feeds since May.
