Bachelor in Paradise star Alex Nation is joining Teen Mom Australia!
Following the exciting news that the hit US series is heading to our shores, the mum-of-one announced yesterday that she’ll be joining the series as the Teen Mom Australia Correspondent.
While little is known about her new gig, according to MTV Australia, the former Bachelor contestant— who won the series and Richie Strahan’s heart on season four of the popular show— will give her thoughts in weekly episodic recaps which we can only assume will apear either on the series or on MTV’s online platforms.

“I’m so excited to watch these young, capable Mothers on their journeys into motherhood. See them through their rises and falls and watch them overcomes challenges and grow as people/parents,” said the reality TV star who was 18-years-old when she gave birth to her son Elijah.
“That was me and I feel like watching their stories unfold will remind me of where I was when I first fell pregnant. What I felt, What I went through. I think it’s also very exciting for these young women to be acknowledged and recognised because motherhood is challenging no matter what age it comes to you.”
Teen Mom Australia is set to follow Ammersen Chambers, Akosita Masima and Georgina Manios. The 10- part series will document the highs and lows of motherhood as the trio manage a life full of nappies, tears and tantrums, combined with strained relationships, drama and the complexities of being a teenager.
Teen Mom Australia will premiere this winter exclusively on MTV on Foxtel, Foxtel Now and Fetch.
