Following a very public break up and battles with her mental and physical health, Angie Kent would likely be first to admit 2020 wasn’t all smooth sailing.

But its seems The Bachelorette star’s fortunes have turned a corner in 2021 as she took to Instagram to celebrate an exciting life milestone.
The 31-year-old uploaded a photo of herself looking jubilant as she posed in front of a “sold” sign and revealed she had just purchased the property.
“The face of someone who just bought her first home ….Beside herself with excitement and slightly sh*tting her dacks ! 🙆♀️ Imma big gal!,” the Gogglebox star captioned the post, adding: “Watch this space.”
Some high-profile friends flocked to the comments section to send their well wishes in the blonde beauty’s direction.
“Huge congrats Ange. That’s a big moment. 👏👏👏👏👏👏xxx,” The Project’s Lisa Wilkinson wrote, while Studio 10’s Sarah Harris added: “👏👏👏👏”
Fellow Bachelor franchise star Abbie Chatfield was equally happy for Angie, penning “Yaaaaas!! So proud. Well done x.”
Home and Away star Lincoln Lewis, who stars alongside Angie in horror film The Possessed, also chimed in, writing, “YAYYY!!! So excited for you!!!”
Angie is often candid about her personal life , particularly after her relationship with her chosen Bachelorette winner Carlin Sterritt fell to pieces.
In an interview on KIIS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O show, Angie revealed what really went wrong between them before they split.
“We were so smitten with each other on the show but we were so different out of the show,” Angie said.
“I was always myself but he got to see full throttle and I was stressed after the show too. He was very religious, he had these ideas that I should be this certain way when I wasn’t and I don’t want to be with somebody that wants me to change – I want somebody to love me for me.”
