Radio host Ash Pollard and her partner Pete Ferne welcomed their first child – a baby girl named Clementine – back in September. And today, the 34-year-old My Kitchen Rules star shared the very first snap of the new family-of-three.

“It was around about this time a couple of months ago we welcomed our little poppet, Clementine Abigail, into this world,” she captioned the post on Instagram.
“For days I couldn’t believe she was ours, in fact I still can’t!! She’s growing quickly and has quite the personality already. I’m drinking her in and will share more pics soon. 💞”
The photo was clearly taken in the delivery room, with Ash in a hospital gown and Pete in navy scrubs. The little one can be seen wrapped up in blankets, enjoying her first cuddle with mum and dad.
Within just a few minutes of sharing the pic had racked up hundreds of likes, with many of Ash’s 82.1k followers sending the couple their well-wishes.
“It’s a moment in your life you cherish and re-live over and over – enjoy these special moments,” one wrote.
“Look at that beautiful squishy newborn baby face. ❤️❤️ enjoy the bubble… it goes so quickly,” added another.
Model and mum-to-be Steph Claire Smith summed up our thoughts entirely, simply posting a series of heart-eyed emojis: “😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍”
Initially, the former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant kept the intimate details of her labour under wraps, only to reveal later that she’d been forced to throw her birth plan out the window.
“I went in for a vaginal birth and I ended up having an emergency C-section. It was an absolute ordeal,” she told Hit NSW Breakfast’s Gawndy and Maz.
“I had to be induced, which means they technically induce your body to make you go into labour and then that wasn’t working.”
More than 48 hours later, baby Clementine Abigail Ferne finally made her entrance earth-side. But as she “was on so many drugs” at the time, Ash said she was surprisingly spaced out.
“I shouted over the curtain that separates me and my operation, ‘Have you sewn me up yet? Put me back together and get me out of here!’” she laughed, adding that Pete felt totally “helpless” throughout the entire ordeal.
The reality star and her builder boyfriend have been dating since 2017.
Ash first revealed the pair were an item in an Instagram post, where she gushed with excitement about her new romance.
“I nabbed myself a guy. I bloody got him! He’s out of this world,” she wrote.
“Can you even believe it?! I pinch myself more times than I’d care to admit, cos I can’t even believe he’s real (and mine). Oh 2017, you bloody beauty.”
