Ashton Kutcher aims to keep his 22-month-old daughter Wyatt out of the public eye until she’s old enough to tackle media pressures.
The 38-year-old who shares his daughter with now pregnant wife Mila Kunis says he feels the same way about his potential child’s upbringing, too.
When the actor was questioned by Entertainment Tonight about if he’d allow Wyatt to follow in the footsteps of her parents, Kutcher replied, “No. When it is a choice that she is making, then I think it is fine. As long as it’s not a choice that she is making, it is my job to protect her from all this nonsense.”
Earlier this month 33-year-old Kunis told The Kyle and Jackie Show, “The one topic of conversation we had even prior to ever having kids was always, ‘How do you raise a child to not be an a**hole?’”
“It’s so important because we both came from pretty solid poverty backgrounds and grew up very poor and are very much self-made and are very aware of what a dollar is worth,” she adds. “Nothing’s been handed to us.”
Kutcher and Kunis began dating in March 2012 and the couple married in July 2015.
