No stranger to going under the knife, last year Megan Marx admitted that she spent $47,000 on cosmetic procedures including a nose job, a lip lift, cheek fillers and Botox.

However, when she stepped out on Monday night to attend the Married At First Sight finale viewing party, the Bachelor in Paradise star looked completely different!
Along with a dramatic new hairdo and dark makeup, the 30-year-old looked to have a more defined chin, higher cheekbones and a puffier face. The skin around her eyes also appeared smoother.
Despite looking dramatically different from her days on reality TV, Megan told the Daily Mail that she hasn’t splashed more cash on cosmetic procedures.
“I probably look puffy because I’ve gained some weight,” the ex-Bachelor star said.
In a bid to urge her followers to do their research before choosing a doctor that will enhance their facial features, the Perth based model opened up about her botched procedure, admitting that after going to a random clinic for Botox and fillers she walked out looking “like catwoman”.
“A while back I had the unfortunate experience of being ‘overfilled’. I was short on time after a busy few months and went to just any clinic,” she wrote. “I came out looking like catwoman, ha! It scared me off doing anything for a while until I knew I could go to someone I trusted.”
