Former Disney star Bella Thorne has come out as bisexual on Social Media.
On Tuesday, August 23, fans took to Twitter to ask the star if she is attracted to people of both genders. The 18-year-old bravely replied, “Yes,” after one of her Twitter followers openly asked, “are you bisexual?”
Several fans had speculated about the actress’s sexuality after a photo of Thorne kissing an unidentified female were posted online this month.
This news comes after Thorne’s split with ex boyfriend Gregg Sulkin, 24, earlier this month. The two dated for more than a year.
The couple told WHO in a joint statement: “After much thought and soul-searching, we have made the difficult decision to end our relationship. We will always love each other and have a deep respect for one another, as we have each grown to be better people because of our time together. Our schedules made seeing each other difficult, and we decided that for now this would be best.”
Thorne thanked fans for their support she received after confirming that she is bisexual. “Aww thank you for all the accepting tweets from everyone. love you guys ❤️❤️❤️ #pride.”
