Fans are used to seeing Beyoncé perform to sell-out stadiums, but we might be seeing her sitting court side in a stadium more often.
Bloomberg reports that the 35-year-old, who recently welcomed twins, may buy a stake in NBA team the Houston Rockets.
The singer has ties to the team, with Houston being her home town.
The NBA team’s current owner, Les Alexander bought the Rockets in 1993 for US$85 million. Forbes have estimated that it is now worth US$1.65billion.
Beyonce’s husband, Jay Z, formerly owned a stake in NBA team the Brooklyn Nets, but sold his share in 2013.
