Blake Lively has a legion of fans, but the blonde has admitted one person she doesn’t want to view her performance in the upcoming film The Shallows is her two-year-old daughter James.
The film, which tells the story of a woman fighting for her life in a shark attack, could, she believes, leave her daughter ‘traumatised’.
The actress, 28, is taking a more cautious approach after James caught a glimpse of her father, actor Ryan Reynolds, 39, in explicit ‘sex montages’ and violent scenes in his hit film Deadpool.
“I hope that she never sees this movie,” Lively said in an interview with Smallzy’s Surgery on Nova 96.9.
The mother of one confirmed that the toddler had seen Reynolds’ MA-rated superhero comedy after scenes flashed on ‘every screen’ on a plane.
