Influencer and podcaster Brittany Hockley has confirmed she has come back home to Australia, and is now in two weeks quarantine in Adelaide as per COVID-19 guidelines.
The 34-year-old took to her Instagram stories to announce her quarantined status, explaining to her followers how she gets one particularly nice patch of sunshine for 10 minutes of the day, and sits right up against the window to get her vitamin D for the day.
“It’s nice just to sit and get my vitamin D and some fresh air,” she told the camera.
“It’s probably the best part of my day, to be honest.
“It’s been a tough week,” she admitted in the next slide, likely referring to having to leave her tennis-player boyfriend, Jordan Thompson, behind overseas.

Brittany also discussed her quarantine on the latest episode of her podcast, Life Uncut.
“I am back ladies and gentlemen … back on Australian home soil,” she said.
“I’ve been back for a couple of days … I haven’t posted anything about it because I just figure, you guys have been literally locked down for months, who gives a f*** if I’m in lockdown, no one wants to see this,” she joked.
“It is nice to be finally be back, I feel very lucky that I’ve made it back.”

Brittany flew home from the US, where she had been travelling with Jordan for the last three months.
She posted a sweet selfie of the pair in September, writing, “Not long until we go back to a life without each other, but I take solace in knowing how happy you’ll be to no longer have to share your food.”
Jordan’s tennis career means he’s only based in Australia for a few months of the year, meaning the pair are destined for both times of travel and long-distance throughout their relationship.

However, after a decade of being single, Britt seems more than up to the challenge, and the couple’s adoration for each other is very well-documented.
“Thank you for making my life so much better. For making me laugh every day. For letting me be my true hurricane nerd burger self. Grateful to be with you today,” she wrote to Jordan on her birthday.
She debuted their relationship on Instagram in February this year in a loving, tennis pun-filled tribute to her new man, who she believes to be “the one”.
Welcome home Britt!
