Brody Jenner says the next season of The Hills: New Beginnings will be even more intense, with his split from Kaitlynn Carter being at the centre of all the drama!

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the son of Caitlyn Jenner said fans can expect to see why their marriage really broke down as the camera follows the former couple in the wake of their separation.
“I’m sure you’re going to see a lot of that,” the TV personality said referring to their separation. “Of course, you have to stay tuned to see what goes on with that. But you’ll definitely see some of that.”
As for why he chose to be open and honest about their divorce, the 36-year-old said: “The Hills was one of those things where, it’s tough to put yourself out there like that, but ultimately, it can be very therapeutic as well. To put yourself out there and leave yourself open for judgment can also be helpful to your daily life and moving forward in how you grow up. There’s a lot of times you get people that’ll tell you, ‘Don’t do it. It’s a reality show.’ But you gotta be yourself and just do it.”
Brody and his then-wife Kaitlynn revealed in a joint statement in August that they’d called time on their marriage, a little over a year after tying the knot in Indonesia.
Two weeks later, Kaitlynn proved she’d moved on from Brody when she was spotted making out with Miley Cyrus while enjoying a girls’ trip in Italy. The couple eventually confirmed they were dating, however, despite moving into Miley’s L.A. mansion, their romance was short-lived.
Before separating, the reality TV personality’s co-star Spencer Pratt weighed in on her whirlwind romance with the “Slide Away” singer, implying that the couple had an “emotional” relationship long before the Miley and her husband of eight months, Liam Hemsworth, decided to call time on their decade long romance.
“It’s tough for me to listen to Kaitlynn complain about people talking about her allegedly open relationship with Brody when we know she had a thing going with Miley,” Spencer told Cosmopolitan.
“She already had something going on with her when these scenes were filming — maybe not physically, but definitely emotionally,” he said, referring No one’s judging you for whatever it is you and Brody do when he’s not sleeping in his car. We just don’t want people to lie about their lives.”
He continued: “Maybe you shouldn’t have gone on television. It’s called a reality show, hon. And the reality is that Brody’s been talking about your sex life on his podcast for years.”
Spencer— who rose to fame when he starred in The Hills— went on to defend his pal Brody, slamming Kaitlynn and Miley for publicly displaying affection towards each other so soon after splitting from their husbands.
“My favourite is when she’s like, ‘Brody and I were wild, young, crazy kids.’ Was that last week? Because you and Brody have only been together a minute. Are you older and more mature now that you’re chilling on Miley’s yacht? I would love to know Liam Hemsworth’s thoughts on Kaitlynn’s recent displays of ‘common decency.’ You know what I call ‘common decency’? Getting it on at your Italian villa and not in front of the paparazzi.”
Since then, Miley has shown no sign of heartbreak, moving on with Australian singer Cody Simpson less than a week after splitting from Kaitlynn. As expected, Spencer couldn’t keep his mouth shut about the singer’s new romance, commenting on a video the former Disney star posted to her Instagram. The short black-and-white clip showed Cody, 22, serenading his new girlfriend while she recovered from tonsillitis in hospital.
“Guess who showed up to the hospital with flowers and his guitar? Suddenly I feel better,” she captioned the video, in which the couple looked very loved up.
Spencer replied to the video, commenting: Yah Kaitlynn def couldn’t do that.”
