According to TMZ, a man named Daniel LeBlanc told police he was married to the actress after he was caught sitting outside her home with a notebook filled with personal information about the star.

When the Police were called, Leblanc told officers he was Carmen’s husband, but then changed his story and said he was her fiancè.

The police confirmed the notebook include phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, license plates, and emails for Carmen, her family members and staffers.

Leblanc willingly told the police he’d paid for some of the information, and he was “madly in love”, before announcing he would return to marry the star. Authorities then put him on a 72-hour hold for psychiatric evaluation.
