Four years ago, Grande appeared at the MTV EMA awards in Glasgow with a slimmer nose. Natural changes occur as we age and contouring could have a lot to do with it, but the bridge of her nose definitely appears slimmer.

All grown up, here she is at the Annual Women in Music Event with a slightly fuller face. Perhaps her break up with Pete Davidson last October made her turn to carbs for comfort and the teensy bit of weight gain has rounded out her face. Or maybe she’s been visiting the cosmetic surgeon for a little help.
