Jesinta and Buddy Franklin have announced they are expecting their third child and will soon be a family of five.
The former Miss Universe Australia and AFL star shared to Instagram a picture of Jesinta’s bump.

“Our hearts are full and yet, we share this news with deep sensitivity. I know that announcements like this can be incredibly hard for those who are walking the path of infertility or loss. My heart is with you, always 🤍”
The model has also shared a raw, unfiltered look on her Instagram stories of growing their new bub.
“Looks cute but this little person has given me a rough time the last couple of months. Sadly I’m not someone who thrives while pregnant,” the 33-year-old wrote.
“An absolute blessing. Even though we thought we were happy and done with 2 beautiful children, we have been lucky enough to add another to the family.
“Life works in mysterious ways and I’m leaning into this next chapter with a grateful heart. Lulu and Rocky are beside themselves and can’t wait to meet their baby. Keeping the gender a surprise this time around.”
Their first child, Tallulah, was born in February 2020 and they welcomed their second child, Rocky, 13 months later in March 2021.
The close arrival of the two siblings made for a busy but love-filled time, with Jesinta juggling motherhood, wellness and work.
Jesinta opened up on Sunrise about her journey through motherhood and juggling her kids in early 2023.
“It’s really hard becoming a new mum and I just think we need to be more open about it.”
“Motherhood is the most amazing thing and it’s sometimes the most awful thing as well.”
Buddy Franklin also spoke with the Herald Sun in 2022 on becoming a father and how it has become his greatest gift.
“It’s a beautiful thing being a father of two kids. It’s been life-changing for me and I’ve absolutely loved it,’ Buddy said.
“It’s the most amazing thing that can ever happen to a person.”
“My focus is on my kids and on my family and making sure I can be the most present father possible when I get home.”
Jesinta and Buddy married in 2016 after meeting one another at a mutual friend’s event several years prior.
