After skyrocketing from Disney Channel stardom to international music success, Ross Lynch has quickly become one of Hollywood’s newest heartthrobs.
Following his critically acclaimed performance as Jeffrey Dahmer in the 2017 thriller My Friend Dahmer, the former Austin & Ally star began to transition away from bright colours and sing-a-longs of Disney to the world of horror, with the 28-year-old joining the cast of the Netflix teen-thriller series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Although Ross’ time as Sabrina Spellman’s beloved boyfriend Harvey Kinkle may have come to an end in 2020, his on-screen romance with co-star Jaz Sinclair continued even after the cameras stopped rolling.
To the delight of Sabrina fans, Ross and Jaz confirmed their real-life romance in early 2020, however, after five years together, the couple seemingly called it quits, with both Jaz and Ross slowly becoming absent from one another’s social media.

Who is Ross Lynch dating?
Almost one year after rumours first began to surface that Ross had parted ways with his Sabrina co-star, it appears that the singer has soft-launched his new relationship.
While he has yet to officially confirm his relationship status, in early September 2024, Ross posted a TikTok filmed by his friends of him watching a girl dance at a party, with fans quickly taking to the comments to analyse the video.
“Hard launch at 1 am is crazy,” wrote one follower, with another replying, “Who is that for real? I see so many people asking but no one gets a serious answer.”
Sadly for fans, the only commentary Ross made on the video was the caption, “Life’s pretty good ain’t it?” and while that doesn’t give us much, his apparent ‘heart eyes’ in the video have left many fans commenting “that should be me” (and we don’t blame them to be honest).
Speculation surrounding Ross’ rumoured new relationship comes just over two months after the singer shared a now-deleted snap to Instagram of himself dancing with a mystery girl at a party, leading many to speculate that the girl in the pictures could potentially be his new girlfriend.
Although the girl in the picture was not identifiable, many fans of Ross’ Disney Channel series Austin & Ally have also speculated that he could have potentially been dancing alongside his friend and former co-star Laura Marano.

Despite being a fan-favourite couple for over five years, fans of Ross Lynch and Jaz Sinclair’s romance appeared to come to an end in 2023,
As of September 2024, the couple have not been spotted together or posted publicly with one another since January 2023. With the last glimpse of the couple being shared following 2023 Paris Fashion Week, rumours surrounding the couple’s potential split began to emerge shortly after following Ross and Jaz’s notable absence from one another’s social media.
While performing onstage with his band, The Driver Era, in June 2023, Ross inadvertently reignited the rumour mill following his discussion about heartbreak.
“I didn’t know [heartbreak] could get worse though. The thing about heartbreak [is] the only thing that really helps is music,” he told the audience.
How did Ross Lynch and Jaz Sinclair meet?
Ross Lynch and Jaz Sinclair first crossed paths in early 2018 during their time as co-stars on the Netflix teen-horror Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Speaking to GQ, Ross revealed that the pair’s off-screen chemistry prompted the screenwriters to alter their character’s plot lines.
“Jaz and I were hanging out on set. We met and quickly became the best of friends, and the writers on the show saw that and they decided they wanted to write for it. You can’t really fake chemistry. It was pretty magnetic like we couldn’t get enough of each other,” he previously told the publication.
Fans could not get enough of their romantic performance as Harvey Kinkle and Rosalind Walker, with rumours surrounding their real-life romance beginning to surface in December 2018.
While Ross and Jaz managed to keep the early days of their relationship out of the public eye, the couple appeared to confirm their romance on TikTok in January 2020, with Ross posting a video of the duo getting ready to attend the Balmain fashion show.
