Dani Wales and Dan Reilly, who competed on The Block in 2013, have announced they are expecting their second child together.

The pair share the special news after tragically losing their daughter Billie Vera Reilly in December 2024 after she tragically passed away at just 10 days old.
Since the heartbreaking loss of their daughter Billie, Dan and Dani have channelled their grief into founding Billie’s Besties, a charity initiative created in her memory to support families and children in need.
Determined to honour Billie’s bright spirit and compassionate heart, the couple launched the fund to continue the kindness she brought into every room.
On her official fundraising page, Dan and Dani opened up about Billie’s story, sharing their journey, the impact she had on everyone who knew her, and their mission to help other families facing unimaginable challenges. Through Billie’s Besties, they hope to keep her legacy of love alive.
As of November 2025, Billie’s Besties has raised more than $165,000, an incredible contribution helping to support the Women’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the families who rely on its care every day.
Friends and fans were quick to flood the comments with words of love and support.

Dani and Dan tied the knot in 2018 after nine years together, celebrating their nuptials on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
Since taking home a profit of $220,000 on their season of The Block, the pair have remained close to the franchise. Not only has Dan stepped up to become a foreman alongside Keith in recent seasons, but the couple also hosts the Dan vs Dani series, in which the pair critiques the room reveals of the season.
